Flat in the heart of Budapest - for rent available now!

Beautiful, silent flat, in a house in very good condition. The living room (shown on the picture) - including an American kitchen faces the street, but not directly, as there is a parking area below, with trees. The little room faces the inner yard, but it is bright and it has a loft, too.

There is a quite big bathroom, a toilet separated, 3 closet in the hall, venetian blinds. The flat is situated on the third floor (no elevator). It is sunny and bright throughout the day and is located in the heart of the city, but still silent and cozy. Inner height is ca. 3,85 m.

The apartment has a balcony, from where you can see the dome of the famous St. Stephan Basilica!

Living room /// Nappali

A nappali egybe nyílik egy kis félszobával, ami ami igény szerint hálónak, étkezönek vagy más helyiségnek is használható. Egyböl jobbra található az erkély. A kanapé mögött lévö két ablak a belsö udvarra néz. A lakást az erkély miatt átjárja a mediterrán hangulat.

The living room creates one space with a smaller separé that may be used for sleeping or dining. The balcony door opens form this little space, to the right. The windows above and behind the couch face the inner yard. The balcony makes the flat glance in a Mediterranean atmosphere.

Galery

A galéria igényes faanyagból, hajópadlóból készült. Fent kényelmesen elfér egy matrac / vagy ágy, és egy íróasztal. A beugró ficakban kitünö ruhatárolót, vagy más kreatív sarkot lehet kialakítani.

The galery is made of quality wood that is spectacular and natural. You can easily fit a matrace or a bed, and a desk, whereas use the little dpace at the back fro storing clothes or in any other creative way!

The smaller room / A kisszoba

A kisszoba a beslö udvarra néz. A szoba L-alakú, sa képen látható székek a rövidebb szárt alkotják. Az egész galériázott.

The smaller room faces the inner yard. It has an L-shape, the space with the chairs form the shorter part. The room has a galery, too. This space is both convenient for working and sleeping.

Konyha /// Kitchen

A konyha és a nappali egy légtérben helyezkednek el. Jobra a kijárat az elöszobába. A baloldali ablakon látszik a beáradó napfény. Hátrébb a hütö mellett egy kis spejz is található, be van polcozva, így praktikus kis kamrának használható.

The kitchen and the living room are opened into one space. To the right there is a door to the hall
. YOu can see on the window to the left how the sun is treaming into the space. Back next to the fridge there is more space and shelves for food, etc.

The houses opposite belong to Dob utca.
The trees are separating the parking space below from the street creating a nice atmosphere around the building.

A homlokzat azóta le lett festve, így nem tér el a mellette lévö ház színétöl.
